Geographically speaking, Bali Island is located in between 8°03′40″ - 8°50′48″ of the south latitude as well as in between 114°25′53″ - 115°42′40″ of the east meridian. On the globe this island is small and almost unseen. The width of Bali area is almost 5620 km2 but it can be explored within a single day through an exciting Bali tour. The Bali Strait on the west of Bali has separated Bali with Java Island. Meanwhile, the Lombok Strait on the east has separated Bali with Lombok Island. The northern coast of Bali Island faces the Java Sea, and the southern coast faces the Indian Ocean. The mountains are stretching out from the west to the east on this island.

The average climate in Bali is relative moist and hot. The Bali travel fans will meet the rainy season during November to March. The dry season will be from April to October, the moments when sun is always shining and the people pick to come and enjoy their vacation in Bali. Two big mountains in Bali are Mount Batur with the height of 1,171 meters and Mount Agung with the height of 3,140 meters. Each mountain contains the active volcano that makes the surrounding lands fertile. There are the lakes on the foot of those mountains that are functioned as water suppliers for the people. The lakes are quite big and becoming must-visit for those loving the Bali tour. The weather is relative cold and almost freezing sometimes.
