Some Bali private villas set certain policy mentioning the number of minimum
night stays. Moreover, the quantity of night stays of each villa may vary depending
on the season and the other considerations. The general minimum night stays
for the period are as follows :
- Low season (February-June & November - October): 3 nights
- High season(July-August- September): 5 nights
- Peak season(December - January): 7 nights
All Indonesia-Bali.com villa rates are quoted in USD. Both the agent and the
owner of properties reserve the right to change the rates and conditions without
When the guest makes a booking request, the guest will make the appropriate deposit
payment to Indonesia-Bali within 7 working days of availability confirmation.
The following deposit payment will be processed.
1) For rental beginning more than 60 days after the date of the booking request
– a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be paid.
2) For rental beginning 60 days or less after the date of the booking request
– total rental amount is payable as a deposit.
3) Balance will be paid within 60 days or check in days (90 days for peak season).
All payments will be made in US Dollars. Failure to settle the prepayment may
cause the release of your bookings automatically without notice. We suggest
to book as earlier as possible due to popular villa demands especially during
peak season and high season (December – January, July – August)
Two payment systems options are available :
(1) Payment by Paypal – if this method of payment is chosen; when booking is
confirmed, our sales representative will send a payment order via email and
to the clients my account page. By clicking on the link on the payment order,
within a 3 click process, you will be able to pay using your credit card in
Paypal. It is a simple process.If the payment uses Visa and Mastercard, there
will be an additional 4,5 % charge
(2) Payment by bank transfer - If this method of payment is chosen, please access
your [my accounts] page by logging in first and then requesting our bank account
information through your correspondence ticket support. There will be an additional
charge of 25 USD for international bank transfer.
Please be aware that all credit card payments will be converted into Indonesian
Rupiah (IDR), the exchange rate will follow the bank exchanging rate or the
paypal exchange rate (depending on your method of payment) of the day. Due to
fluctuations of the IDR currency, there may be small differences in personal
statement balance after payment is done. We as the agent will not be responsible
for these differences.
If guest wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, Indonesia-bali will send a written
notice of cancellation to Villa and guest. Each villa has different cancellation
policy. The following cancellation fees will generally apply :
1) 50% deposit is non-refundable
2) If full payment received,100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited
if the cancellation is made between 1 – 30 days before the starts of the rental
In cases of a no show, payments will not be refunded and guest will not be compensated.
Guest must register the number of family and friends who will be staying at
the villa. If by any chance you have exceed the number of people in your location
that had been originally registered during your stay, you will do so at the
risk of seeing access to the villa refused for the unregistered individuals
unless you undergo a price increase that may be claimed by the owner of the
villas. In this case Indonesia-bali.com cannot be held responsible for any dispute
that you may have with the owner of the villas.
Bali Villa Facilitie
In accordance with our arrangement with the villa owners, your villa should
have a clean kitchen, dishes facilities, furniture and bedding. The Bali villa
owner is responsible for the quantity and quality of this equipment. If you
have complaints about facilities, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org or
to have access to an expedited reply please use your correspondence support
ticket to contact us in regards to your issues.
Check In & Check Out Time
Check in time is at 14:00 hours and check out time is at 12:00 hours (noon),
respectively unless stated otherwise. In case of a check out delay up to 18.00
hours, a charge of 50% for 1 night of the rate will apply. Also, for delays
up to 23.00 hours, a charge of 100% for 1 night of the rate will apply. Indonesia-Bali
will work with the Villa/representative on guest request check in /check out
Cleanliness and ANIMALS issues
As guests, you agree to take all measures and precautions necessary so that
you and your family adhere to the rules set forth at the villa you have chosen
to book. The Bali villa must be left as clean as when you arrive.
If you intend to bring pets, please notify us when you make your inquiry to
book the villa, and each villa treats the bringing of pets differently. Failure
to notify us may result in problems with the villa owners and Indonesia-bali.com
cannot be held responsible for any acts undertaken by the villa owners.
Uses of Swimming Pools and other facilities
The guest must take all necessary precautions for the use of the villa facilities
such as swimming pools and swings, especially in regards to children using these
facilities. The guest agrees to not held Indonesia-bali.com responsible if accidents
where to happen to guests and their family and friends while using the facilities
at the villa.
In very rare and for whatever the reasons there is a claim or complaint, you
can count on our commitment to make every effort to satisfy you.
